Lovelyn’s Pap, Akamu (300g)

Lovelyns multi grain pap is a combination of guinea corn, millet, corn, tigernut, groundnut and laced with ginger.

This pudding is not only demanded for its nutritious quality but also for it’s very sweet flavor and aroma which makes it delicious and appetizing. This variant is a naturally gluten-free powder pap that contains essential nutrients like magnesium, iron, vitamins (A, B1, B3, B5, riboflavin, vitamins C) and potassium.

Lovelyns pap can be eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner, served alone or with other meal (preferably akara). It is well known and mostly taken by infant, children, nursing mothers and the elderly.
