Method of preparation:(Unripe Plantain Swallow)

* Boil desired quantity of water

* Pour your plantain flour into the boiling water and turn very well until all the flour mix well in the boiling water

* Create a hole in the middle, add some water, cover the pot and let it simmer on low heat until the water evaporates

* Turn very well to bring the swallow back together

* Serve with any soup of your choice .
